UMIP 183 - add MULTIPLE_VALUES as an approved price identifier

The DVM should support the below new price identifer for Optimistic Oracle V2 requests. This UMIP is planned to be used by Polymarket to request the score results of sports games. This will allow many different type of markets for the game to be resolved based on evaluating the two scores reported by UMA. The price identifier is also generalizable for other similar purposes.

Looks like another good upgrade that will make market resolution quicker. Is this deployable immediately?

Yes, the price identifier will be whitelisted upon passing DVM governance vote. Practically it should have support on our oracle UI a week or two after. Integrators will have to write their own smart contracts to make use of it.
