Interesting idea, similar with POC Proof Of Climate ([$POC Proof Of Climate](https://discourse.uma.xyz/t/poc-proof-of-climate/299)) concept. It would be very helpful to have this in synthetic version, no need to create a dapp to manage the risks. I hope you succeed to build it then The POC would use the sTEMP and sRAIN as the reference for the POC dapp 🙂 Best winds!
