A smart contract that allows users to fetch REST API’s from a contract with a number of functions allowingat least GET and POST by passing request params or json body.

The contract uses the [OOv3](https://docs.uma.xyz/developers/optimistic-oracle-v3/data-asserter) to request/submit this off-chain information and return the response.
